To construct 20 eco-lodges powered entirely by solar energy and to implement a comprehensive waste-management system across the trekking route.
Measurable Impact & Results
Successfully installed 20 solar-powered lodges. Reduced trail plastic waste by 85% in the first year of operation. The project was awarded the "Green Himalayas Award" in 2024.
